YeeHaw Horsie!

Today we met Grammy and Grandad for lunch in New Hope. We left a little early so J could run around a little to get some energy out before lunch. We ended up stopping at Peddlers' Village and we found a cool little indoor play place/arcade. J had a blast! We rode the carousel a couple of times and he said "YeeHaw Horsie" the whole ride. He also had fun riding some of the cars. It was a great place to play inside on cold days and it wasn't crowded at all. We will definitely go back.
We ate lunch at Triumph Brewery. The food is always good, as is the beer, and the dessert is even better. They have a dessert called a chocolate chip cookie pie. It is a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie in a thin pie crust made and served in a skillet. It's then served warm with vanilla ice cream on top....mmmmmmmmmmmmmm! I think I would go there and just drink some beer and eat that dessert! The New Hope train station is right beside the restaurant and J loved looking at the trains.

Can you keep my friend Jen in your prayers? i'm in a business group with her and she's a self-employeed interior designer, mother of 2, who is battling Hodgkins Lymphoma. Here is her blog if you want to read more about her story: www.jforddesigns.blogspot.com
